2 teaspoons coffee, instant granules or instant
1/2 cup milk
2/3 cup rolled oats (or quinoa flakes - please use quinoa flakes if gluten free)
2 tablespoons coconut flakes
2/3 teaspoons cinnamon (ground)
2 tablespoons walnuts (raw) unsalted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) frozen preferred
2/3 cup greek yoghurt
1/2 lemon, juiced
Mix coffee into 30ml of boiling water.
In a separate large bowl, mix remaining ingredients together and pour the coffee in.
Keep in the fridge, ready for breakfast.
